  1. Where is my package?

    Our packages have an average delivery time of 7-14 business days. We process orders within 48 hours, after which you will receive an email with your tracking code, from which you can accurately track your package! We kindly ask you to wait for the full delivery time before contacting customer service, thank you.

  2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your Track & Trace code. It takes about 3 to 5 days for you to receive your Track & Trace. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Note that it may take a few business days for the tracking to be activated.

  3. How can I track my order?

    You can track your order using the Track & Trace number you received via email. Enter the tracking information on our Track & Trace page to check the status of your delivery. You can do this on the following page: Track & Trace.

  4. I am not satisfied with my package.

    Please contact us with an explanation + a photo/video of the issue, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
