Applicability (Article 2):

All offers in electronic commerce as well as all offers in agreements and orders between electronic commerce and the consumer are subject to these conditions.

The customer will receive the text of these general terms and conditions prior to the conclusion of the contract. If this is not reasonably possible before the conclusion of the contract, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions are available in the online shop and will be provided to the customer as soon as possible free of charge via email.

On the e-commerce website, anyone can access the general terms and conditions at any time. Situations and ambiguities not covered by the general terms and conditions will be evaluated in their "spirit." The general terms and conditions of the customer and/or third parties shall not apply within the framework of the agreement between the customer and the online shop.

The Offer (Article 3):

If an offer is time-limited or subject to limitations, this must be explicitly stated in the offer. As long as the offer is not accepted, it is non-binding. The online shop reserves the right to change and adjust the offer at any time.

The offer contains a detailed and accurate description of the available goods and/or services. The description is so detailed that the customer can correctly assess the offer. If photos are used in the online shop, they represent a true depiction of the available products and/or services. If the customer must point out that there is an obvious error or mistake, the offer is not binding for online commerce.

The images that appear with the products are accurate representations of what is available. The online shop cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website accurately reflect the colors of the products. Each offer contains information that explains the rights and obligations of the customer if they accept the offer. This particularly applies to the price after taxes and any transport costs.

Sizes, colors, and the type of material are options. Although we do our best in quality control to keep size deviations to a minimum, there may be deviations of up to 3 cm in the measurements of clothing items.

The Agreement (Article 4):

The contract comes into effect subject to the provisions of paragraph 4 when the customer's offer is accepted and the associated conditions are met. If the customer accepts the offer electronically, the online commerce accepts the offer immediately and confirms the receipt of the acceptance of the offer immediately. The consumer can cancel the contract as long as the confirmation of the receipt of this confirmation has not been confirmed.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the online trader must employ appropriate technical and organizational means to "protect the electronic data transmission and ensure online security." If a customer can pay online, the online shop will take the necessary security measures.

The online commerce can inquire, within the legal framework, about the customer's ability to meet their financial obligations, as well as any other facts and considerations that are important for a responsible contract resolution. The online commerce is entitled to refuse the purchase or the request for information if it has valid reasons based on this investigation not to conclude a contract.

The following information will be sent to the customer in writing along with the product or service or in a manner that allows the customer to easily store it on a durable data carrier: the visiting address of the e-commerce branch where customers can submit complaints; information about guarantees and the existing customer service; the conditions and the manner in which the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal, or a clear statement that the right of withdrawal is excluded; information about guarantees and the existing customer service.

If the contract is concluded for a period of more than one year or for an indefinite period, the prior conditions for terminating the contract will apply. All taxes and delivery are included in the price. Each contract will only be signed if the products are sufficiently available.

Right of Withdrawal (Article 5):

When purchasing goods, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for fourteen (14) days without stating a reason. The cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer receives the goods or their previously designated and communicated representative to the online commerce.

The consumer must handle the goods and their packaging carefully during the entire consideration phase. They may only unpack the goods or use them to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep them. At all times, the seal must remain intact.

If they exercise their right of return, they must return the product with all accessories and, if possible, in the original condition and packaging to the online shop, following appropriate and explicit instructions.

If the customer wishes to exercise their right of return, they must do so within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product: 1) by sending an email to the online shop within the period, and 2) by returning the product to the online shop within the same period. The consumer must be able to prove the timely return of the items upon request with the shipping slip.

If the consumer has not stated their wish to exercise their right of return within the periods specified in paragraphs 1 and 3 of this article, or has not returned the product to the online shop within these deadlines, the transaction will be deemed completed.

Within 06 hours of placing the order, the customer can cancel it by contacting customer service.

Return Costs (Article 6):

The costs for returning the products are to be borne by the consumer if they exercise their right of return. If the customer has already paid, the online shop will refund the money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation, provided that the goods have already been received in good condition by the online shop.

Possible Exceptions to the Cancellation/Return Right (Article 7):

For the products listed in the following articles 2 and 3, the online shop may refuse the consumer's right of return.

  • Individual newspapers; audio and video recordings and/or computer software for which the consumer has paid; products created by the online shop according to the customer's instructions; products originating from China that are clearly of a personal nature; products that cannot be returned due to their nature; products that can spoil or age quickly; products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets not influenced by electronic commerce; products that are clearly of a personal nature; products that cannot be returned due to their nature; products that can spoil or age quickly.
  • Services such as accommodation, transport, restaurants, or leisure activities that are to be performed on a specific day or within a specific period; their delivery has started before the end of the cooling-off period with explicit delivery with the customer's consent; betting and lotteries are also excluded from the right of return.

Prices and Imports at the Time of Purchase (Article 8):

Except for price adjustments due to VAT increases, the prices for items and/or services will not be raised during the entire duration of the offer. Services will not be increased during the entire validity period of the offer.

In contrast to the previous paragraph, an online shop may sell products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are not influenced by the online shop's price fluctuations. This fact will be mentioned in the offer, as well as the fact that they are subject to volatility and that all indicated prices are target values.

Price increases are only permitted within three (3) months after the conclusion of the contract if they arise from legal provisions. The prices stated in the offer for products or services are all in euros and do not include VAT. All prices may contain typographical and/or grammatical errors. The online shop is not liable for potential damages caused by printing and/or typographical errors. The online shop is not obliged to deliver the product at an incorrect price due to printing errors and/or typographical errors. The supplier delivers the products on behalf of and at the expense of the customer to the customer's address. All costs arising from import duties and/or customs clearance are to be borne by the customer and paid to the person delivering the products.

Insurance and Compliance (Article 9):

To conclude the contract, the online shop guarantees that the items and/or services meet the standards described in the offer, the reasonable criteria for reliability and/or availability, and comply with applicable laws and/or governmental regulations. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the online shop guarantees that the product is acceptable for normal use.

Within 14 days of delivery, the customer must report any product defects or incorrectly delivered products to the online shop via email. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, as stated in Article 5.

The warranty period of the online shop corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. However, the online shop is never liable for the final suitability of the items for any specific purpose of any customer or for providing advice on the use of the product or services.

The warranty will be void if the delivered products have been repaired and/or modified by the customer or by third parties; if the delivered products have been exposed to unusual conditions or have been handled carelessly or contrary to the online shop's instructions and/or packaging.

Deficiencies are wholly or partially caused by governmental regulations or future restrictions that govern the nature or quality of the materials used.

Fulfillment and Delivery (Article 10):

In receiving and processing product orders, the online shop will act as carefully as possible. The address provided by the customer to the online shop serves as the delivery location.

The online shop will execute accepted orders promptly, but no later than thirty (30) days, unless the customer has agreed to a longer delivery period by adhering to the conditions in Article 4 of these general terms and conditions.

The customer will be informed at the latest thirty (30) days after purchase if the delivery is delayed or if the order cannot be fulfilled, in whole or in part. In this case, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.

If the contract is canceled as described in the previous paragraph, the online shop will refund the customer's payment as quickly as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the cancellation.

The product is shipped in the name and at the customer's expense. If the desired product cannot be delivered, the online shop will attempt to deliver a substitute product. This will be clearly communicated at the time of delivery.

The customer can no longer cancel the contract once the package is on its way to them. If the package is refused upon delivery or the goods are not picked up at the delivery point, the customer will be charged 35% of the order value.

Unless otherwise agreed, the online shop bears the risk of damage and/or loss of the products until they have been delivered to the customer or a previously designated representative, and this has been communicated to the online shop.

Payment (Article 11):

Unless otherwise agreed, the contract is fulfilled when the consumer has made all outstanding payments. If a contract is signed for the provision of a service, this period begins when the customer receives the confirmation of the contract.

Any discrepancies in the payment information provided or reported by the consumer to the online shop must be reported immediately. If the consumer does not make the payments, the online trader may, subject to legal restrictions, terminate the customer's account and charge the customer a reasonable, previously announced fee.

Complaint Procedure (Article 12):

The online shop maintains a complaints procedure on its website and handles complaints according to this procedure. Complaints about the fulfillment of the contract must be submitted to the online shop in detail and clearly defined within seven (7) days after receiving the product.

Complaints received by the online shop will be answered within fourteen (14) days. If the handling of the complaint is expected to take longer than fourteen (14) days, the entrepreneur will respond within fourteen (14) days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed response.

In any case, the consumer should plan a period of four (4) weeks for the online shop to resolve the complaint in mutual consultation.

Intellectual Property Rights (Article 13):

All rights (intellectual property rights) to the offers, documents, photos, drawings, software, domains, works, and related material belong to the online shop. This applies even if these materials have been invoiced to you or if updates have been made.

No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written permission of the online shop. The logos, trademarks, and trade names of the brands are the property of their respective owners.

Liability (Article 14):

The online shop is only liable for actual damages incurred by the customer due to an error of the online shop. The online commerce is not liable for direct or indirect damages to third parties or collateral caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If the online commerce is held liable and admits this, its liability is limited to the following amounts: the amount paid out by the liability insurance of the e-commerce minus the deductible; the invoice amount if the liability insurance does not pay.

Nullity, Disputes, and Applicable Law (Article 15):

The validity of the remaining terms of use is not affected if one of these terms is found to be invalid. The invalid clause will be replaced by a clause that accurately reflects the wording of the invalid clause as closely as possible.

For all contracts, services, offers, and orders, the laws of United Kingdom apply.
