If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We work hard to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the products they buy from us.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must contact us before sending a return, as the return address may vary depending on the origin of your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will promptly inform you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Note: The usual processing time for a refund by most banks is 3 to 5 business days.

Additional Required Information

Sometimes a tax identification number or additional information is required for us to process your order. We will inform you if this is the case. This information is only required for a few countries and allows our products to pass through customs smoothly. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your order, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We strongly recommend that you send returned items with a tracking option, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fees. The specific fee should be based on the express companies you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or not as described due to our fault, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policies apply within 06 hours.

If the customer does not receive the package, it will be forwarded to the post office where the customer can pick it up. If they do not do so, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the customer can choose to have the item reshipped and will be responsible for the shipping costs of the reshipment.

Damaged Items

Please include photos and a video illustrating the poor quality of the goods or damaged parts so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. The best pictures are taken on a flat, well-lit surface where the defects are easy to see. This information will be used to assist you with your order and prevent future issues. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the damaged or faulty goods.
