Standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes between 7 to 10 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. These times are average estimates—deliveries might occasionally take longer (due to high seasons, holidays, customs clearance, or logistic delays) or arrive sooner. We'll keep you updated via email, providing shipping confirmations and tracking details.
Shipping Methods

Parcels are typically transported by air freight and then handed over to local UK postal or courier services (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes) for delivery. Standard shipping generally arrives directly at your address, often without requiring a signature. Should a signature be needed or direct delivery isn't possible, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or local pickup.
Currently, we offer standard shipping only (7–10 working days). Should you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team—we'll gladly check if express shipping solutions are available, though shorter delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Good news—standard shipping is completely free throughout our website, regardless of your order amount. Schneider Jewelry covers all standard shipping fees. The price displayed in your cart is your final amount, with no hidden or additional charges. If express or premium shipping options become available in the future, these might incur additional fees at cost, while standard shipping will remain free.
No customs fees apply for customers in the United Kingdom. All necessary customs formalities and import duties are handled by Schneider Jewelry in advance.
Delivery Areas
Currently, we primarily deliver within the United Kingdom. Should you have special international delivery requests, please contact our customer support—we're happy to explore available solutions. Deliveries to territories outside mainland UK or to remote locations may require additional consultation due to potentially higher costs, extended delivery times, or additional customs formalities.
Tracking
Each shipped order is accompanied by a unique tracking number, sent via email upon dispatch. Should you encounter any tracking issues or significant delays, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event your package is confirmed as lost, we'll promptly issue a free replacement or full refund.

Absence During Delivery: If you're unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or local pickup. For assistance or special arrangements, feel free to contact us.
Partial Deliveries: Orders containing multiple items might occasionally be shipped separately due to availability. No extra shipping charges apply, and each package will have its own tracking number.
Delivery Issues

We'll initiate an official inquiry. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded according to your preference. Redelivery may incur additional costs if caused by inaccurate initial addresses or late pickups. If you opt for cancellation after such returns, refunds will be issued minus the incurred shipping fees.
